How to deal with the defective Helius Flashlight within warranty time?
All Helius Flashlight products are strictly supervised and quality-controlled during and after production. If any issues occur within the warranty period, please provide clear photos and videos of the defective items for verification. For small quantities of defective units, we will include replacements in your next order. For larger or batch defects, we will thoroughly inspect the production lot to identify the root cause. Replacement items will be shipped with your next order, or we can discuss a recall or other solution based on the actual situation. Your satisfaction and product quality are always our top priorities.
